Gironde Conf Ltd is a private company that manufactures ready-made garments. Gironde commenced its activity in 1994 with the manufacturing of classic men trousers, mainly destined to foreign markets. The production was carried out in its own facilities. Following constant investment in up to date equipment and technologies, the production increased and diversified. Currently, the company has: 3 mens trousers production lines with an output of up to 2200 pieces per day; 3 mens jackets production lines with an output of up to 1200 pieces per day; one newly inaugurated line for womens trousers, skirts or blouses that produces about 200 pieces per day. Gironde Conf Ltd employs currently over 900 workers. It daily manufactures almost 3500 garments. That means up to 2200 mens trousers, 1200 mens jackets and 200 womens trousers, skirts or blouses every day. Our production system is compatible with the Italian garment technology. This means that our products are light and very comfortable. The making of men's clothing following the German technology is also possible according to the size of the order. The making, layout and grading of the patterns are performed by Investronica digitizers, plotters and software. Gironde Conf also has a set of automated and computerized systems for performing various tasks: computerized cutting machines; jetted pocket machine; sleeveing in machine; sowround machine; chainstich sowing machine with pullerfed; pad fix machine; AMF stich, decorative bartak machine; Gironde line promotes the classic elegance for men. The style is conservatory, the shapes are clean. All these are enhanced by refined fabrics and accessories. Sizes range from 44 to 69, in three heights. The Gironde fall-winter 2004-2005 collection uses exquisite fabrics like virgin wool, stretch cord and cotton basics. Neutral and burnt hues inspired by organic, sanded textures, completed with shades of green and black are this seasons palette.
